1. Acceptance & Authorization

• The person booking (the “Party Leader”) confirms they are at least 18 years old, authorized by all named group members—and, where applicable, by their guardians—to agree to these terms on their behalf. 

2. Assumption of Risk

• Participation in football activities carries inherent risks including personal injury or property damage.

• You agree that participation is entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and able to take part.

3. Release of Liability

• You hereby release and indemnify the organiser (and venue operators, coaches, volunteers, etc.) from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or financial loss arising from participation, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.

“You hereby release … from and against all claims, damages, losses … including legal fees … caused in whole or in part by negligent act or omission …” 

4. Rules & Conduct

• All participants must follow safety instructions, club policies, and respect officials, staff, and other participants.

• Unacceptable behaviour (e.g. persistent slide tackling, abusive conduct) may result in removal from the event without refund. 

5. Personal Property

• Organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participants should safeguard their belongings. 

6. Medical Conditions & Insurance

• Participants confirm they are in good health and fit to participate.

• You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions and encouraged to carry personal and event insurance. Organisers do not provide insurance coverage. 

7. Photography & Image Usage

• Photos or video footage may be captured during the event for promotional purposes.

• By participating, you consent to your image being used unless you explicitly opt out. 

8. Cancellations & Amendments

• Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing.

• Late cancellations or changes may incur fees or result in no refund, per the organiser’s terms.

• ✅ Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before session time.

• ❌ No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking.

• Organization is set up to avoid short-notice cancellations or “no shows,”.

9. Force Majeure

• The organiser cannot be held liable for cancellations or alterations due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond their control. 

10. Governing Law

• This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England & Wales (or Northern Ireland, if applicable). Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.
